• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Delivery on all orders valued at Rs. 9,999 and above.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing Time: Orders are verified and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday).

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi): 2 – 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 – 6 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Methods

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for customer convenience.

• Pre-paid options (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Card) are also supported at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (Leopard, TCS, or Trax), you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to track your shipment in real-time.

• Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and city details are complete and accurate to prevent dispatch delays.

• Customers are requested to open and inspect the package only after making the payment to the courier rider for COD orders.
